Product Confirmation & Return Policy

Before delivery, we will share the actual product with you for confirmation. You will have the opportunity to review the product and confirm that you are satisfied with it before we proceed with delivery.

Once you approve the product, we will deliver the same confirmed product to you.

If the product delivered is different from the product you approved, you may refuse the delivery or request a return.

Please note that returns are not accepted for products that have been delivered exactly as approved by the customer.
